Biography
I’m passionate about helping business owners gain clarity and control over their financial structure. I also believe that strong leadership begins with empathy and disciplined communication. That belief led me to co-author Empathetic Leadership alongside legendary FBI hostage negotiator Chris Voss. The book became an Amazon bestseller and explores the principles of tactical empathy — not just in high-stakes negotiations, but in everyday business decision-making.
The core message is simple: when you understand the full picture and communicate clearly, better outcomes follow. That same principle guides our work at Eagle Vision Tax & Accounting. Whether we’re coordinating tax planning, organizing financial reporting, or aligning healthcare insurance decisions with payroll and bookkeeping, our approach centers on structured conversations and practical clarity.
My professional journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where discipline, accountability, and composure under pressure were daily expectations. After serving in an infantry unit and completing Marine Security Guard training, I supported U.S. embassies and government operations internationally. Those experiences reinforced the importance of preparation, clear communication, and decisive leadership — skills that translate directly into financial strategy.
Before focusing fully on accounting and tax coordination, I gained experience in complex operational environments and financial markets, building a deep understanding of how structured systems drive measurable outcomes. Today, at Eagle Vision, that background shapes how we guide business owners through tax planning, financial reporting, and benefits coordination.
